Most of the 166 luxury condominium units have direct, un-obstructed views of Biscayne Bay, and are oversized. Condos up to the 18th floor feature 9-foot ceilings, and from the 19th floor up, ceiling heights are 10-foot.
All condominiums have private elevator foyers, and a central service area along with an additional service elevator.
